I have over thirty years of IBM mainframe technical experience. Recent roles include presales consultant, solutions engineer, technical account manager and professional services consultant positions for software vendors. The main focus of these jobs has been around operational software such as tape management systems, automation products, JCL management, performance monitoring, application management and content management.
I have a great amount of experience in Operation Support implementing and supporting batch applications and working with a variety of schedulers CA, TWS, Zeke and Control-M. For over ten years my main area of work was in software configuration management both as an independent and retained consultant for vendors. My main area of expertise in this role was as an Endevor consultant and administrator.
I am currently seeking a position as a technical support analyst or professional service consultant role where I can best use my mainframe experience.
