The difference you will make.

Influencing and contribute towards delivering the bank's data strategy

Working with product and business teams to identify important questions and help them answer these with data, delivering an insight service to the business

Leading the analytical capability of the Cater Allen Data Team

Providing oversight of the key MI and Governance activities including data production, data quality dashboard visualisation and change requests

Partnering with diverse teams to build the MI capabilities for Cater Allen and communicating with senior stakeholders and with Governance forums

What you will bring.

Experience of large volume data analysis, interpretation of results and production of summaries/recommendations

Proven ability in accurate analysis of data and focus on detail

It would also be nice for you to have.

Experience in producing documentation to support your work, including any handover materials required, submissions to governance and control documentation

Strong communication skills to explain insights and key approach elements and controls to business stakeholders

Understanding of the main Data platforms, BI and Campaign platforms/technologies

Deep understanding of the customer and knowledge of what motivates and drives customer behaviour to support customer centric decisioning making

What else you need to know.

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This is a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract role and is currently office based/Home based until corona virus restrictions are lifted where it will be a hybrid role.
