Admin and Data Analyst

This post presents an exciting opportunity to become an Admin & Data Analyst within our Wolverhampton Violence Reduction Community team.

Admin & Data Analyst (ADA) support the running of the contract through administrative support, performance reporting and evaluation of trends.

Your main duties and accountabilities will include:

* Continuous support to the teams in daily administrative tasks.

* Respond to data requests from Cluster manager and Senior Operations Manager.

* Create reports in a timely fashion ready for deadlines e.g monthly figure reporting.

* Gather data for regular needs analysis or bidding support for Catch22.

* To prepare and maintain appropriate written and I.T. records, information, and reports on the work in a contemporaneous and articulate manner.

* Ensure that all data and information is managed, stored, and destroyed in line with agreed data management policies compliant with the Data Protection Act 1988 and 2003.

* Perform analytical research and evaluation to identify trends and help towards Catch22's continual improvement of services.

* Actively promote equalities and diversity taking account of each Service User different needs.

* Maintain records in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

* Use relevant information and technology appropriately with proper attention to data security.

* Engage in supervision and appraisal meetings with the cluster manager and take opportunities to undertake further personal development activities.

* Maintain personal responsibility to ensure absenteeism and lateness is monitored effectively ensuring compliance does not fall below the agreed levels for the organisation following the direction of Catch22 policy to seek support and guidance where unique circumstances may occur.

* Ensure that you maintain high standards of professional performance at all times through adherence to the Catch22 policies and procedural frameworks

* Manage the email inbox and respond to internal and external requests

* Add new referrals onto the system and liaise with the service coordinator to support in allocation

* Oversight of the case management system to ensure data is added correctly.
