Analytics and Data Analyst

We're looking for an organised, motivated and capable Analytics and Data Analyst with a passion for using data to drive effectiveness across the whole of the organisation. Highly adept technically, you will be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders and deliver insights by analysing data from campaigns, projects, social listening and our Salesforce CRM.

Position: Analytics and Data Analyst

Location: Swindon (M4 corridor) remote based, flexible location

Hours: 37.5

Salary: £28k to 30k

Contract: 6 months

The Role

The Analytics and Data Analyst sits within the Research and Impact function and will monitor and analyse data across digital platforms, social media channels, email communications and Salesforce CRM, identifying insight into key audiences and exposing opportunities to increase engagement.

About You

As Analytics and Data Analyst, you will have experience of using digital insight to guide decision-making and in project evaluation and a clear understanding of omni-channel marketing and user journeys, across both online and offline channels

You will have:

A basic knowledge of contemporary Christianity and religious trends in Britain or a strong willingness to learn
Experience of working with audience segments
An ability to confidently and clearly communicate key learnings to a wide range of stakeholders
Experience of using social analytics platforms to interrogate data and spot trends Google Analytics, Pulsar etc.
A strong, proactive mind-set and an ability to work across different teams and departments
A working knowledge of using industry standard email distribution software to analyse email campaigns
Enthusiasm for the web and be a quick learner
Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan well ahead, implement schedules and ensure others work to them
A high degree of computer literacy
The ability to deliver major change projects and see them carried through to completion
