Application Support Data Analyst - Basingstoke - £50,000 - £55,000 - Microsoft Azure
Lynx Recruitment is working with an award winning, International business who are on the look out for an Application Support Data Analyst to join their team in Basingstoke.
We are looking for an Application Support Data Analyst with extensive hands-on experience working with Azure Data Sources. As a key member of the Support & Operations team, this position will require a candidate with strong interpersonal skills along with exceptional technical capability to provide application support for Solidsoft Managed Services customers an internal users.
Essential knowledge & experience in:
* Querying and Scripting Microsoft Azure Data Sources (including Application Insights, Cosmos DB, Datalake).
* Service Management processes - Incident, Problem, and Change Management, supported by ITIL certifications
* Working within a Support & Operations function supporting applications and software
* Solving repetitive problems using automation
Desirable/good working knowledge & experience in:
* Monitoring - Application Insights, Grafana
* Microsoft Azure Kusto queries.
* Azure DevOps (ADO)
* PowerShell
* SQL Server
* Configuration Management (Puppet/DSC)
* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Packer ARM, CF)
* Microsoft Azure certifications
