Asset Management Data Analyst

Are you a data expert who thrives on data analysis, data manipulation and high volumes of reporting then you may be interested in our opening for Housing Asset Data Management Analyst!

The role

As the Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing the residential property data collection process for energy and stock condition surveys, ensuring the data is accurately recorded and maintained in the asset management database. You'll use the data to carry out some analysis and produce reports for your stakeholders to support business objectives. Your role will play a key part in supporting medium and longer-term planning of property energy data, repairs and maintenance programs.

This is a full-time, fixed term contract role for up to 12 months. The 35 hours per week will be worked Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day.

The location

You'll be based at our modern, vibrant office Farringdon, the buzzing yet cultural area of London which is centrally located and easy to access via various means of transport. However, we offer the flexibility for agile working to allow you to work from home and so we'll provide you with the necessary mobile working equipment.

The ideal candidate will have

  • High level of numeracy and a meticulous approach to data
  • Great communication skills
  • A high level of Microsoft Excel knowledge and Keystone System or similar Asset Management software
  • Knowledge of Housing Quality Standard (HQS), formally known as the "Decent Homes" Standard
  • Have a working knowledge of the Housing Health and Safety Rating Standard (HHSRS), residential building construction and Building Energy Data (RDSap)
