We're looking for ambitious and energetic individuals from underrepresented groups to join our Digital Service team. As an entry level Associate Product Data Analyst, you'll join us on a 12-month fixed term contract split across our Data & Insights and Product teams. The placement will be based full-time at our Digital Centre of Excellence at Leeds Dock, where you will be fully immersed in the world of Digital and Data.

We are looking for talented individuals with no previous experience, for what is a fantastic opportunity to gain skills through our Associate Programme. - Senior Performance Manager

What you'll do:
  • Become familiar with a range of digital channels including: sky.com, MySky app, Sky Community forum, and messaging channels.
  • Proactively put yourself in the customer's shoes, and pinpoint opportunities to improve the customer service experience on our digital channels.
  • For the first 6 months you will sit within the Digital Performance Team learning how to use data manipulation and visualisation tools to translate data into clear and compelling business insights; for the remaining 6 months you will sit alongside our Digital Product Owners, learning how to use the latest agile tools within a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Confidently and clearly communicate product proposals and performance insights to business stakeholders through presentations, live demos and data storytelling.
  • Learn to identify correlations within datasets and draw conclusions about the trends they show in order to support Product Owners with their roadmaps.
  • Build strong relationships with teams around the business including: UX Design, Optimisation & Experimentation, Data Architecture, Data Science, Editorial, and Technology
What you'll bring:
  • An affinity for numbers and problem-solving, with an analytical mindset (some experience of Excel would be advantageous)
  • A passion for customer experience and be able to see through the eyes of the customer
  • An eagerness to learn and develop new skills and techniques
  • A fast learner with the ability to interpret information and turn it into simple messages to share with the business.
  • A positive and conscientious attitude, with a tendency to think outside-of-the-box
  • An innate curiosity, with the determination to find answers to often complex questions
