As part of our supportive Business Performance Team, you'll be doing a role you enjoy, providing accurate and timely information and processing available data to ensure our teams can work efficiently and make the best decisions for the business.

Your work will make a real difference here, helping us to improve our processes and performance. This is a core role, and there will be a particular focus on financial reporting which will include taking an active part in the creation of the annual budget for the company. The role is wide and varied, and will assist a variety of different departments, so you will be involved in many projects and processes. If you have experience with Sage 200, Microsoft SQL, building financial reports, maintaining data and improving processes, this role is going to be ideal for you.

A day in the life of a Business Data Analyst at Direct365 will involve:
  • The production of key Management Information, with a keen focus on finance activities
  • Maintaining and improving the current suite of management information
  • Improving contractual information accuracy and maximising revenue
  • Liaising with stakeholders to meet reporting needs
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with reports at key points in the financial year such as Period End and Year End
  • Taking an active role in the creation of the annual budget
  • Completing monthly invoice runs on our system
  • Liaising with our external support company where necessary for software upgrades

The ideal candidate for a Business Data Analyst at Direct365:
  • We want someone who is organised and commercially focused
  • You will possess strong numerical and analytical skills
  • We need someone who has a keen attention to detail and works with accuracy
  • You will also need to be able to present data clearly, with the ability to explain the detail clearly and concisely
  • Sage 200 experience would be highly advantageous, as would experience with Microsoft SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
