This is a new and key role within the Marketing & Sales team, part of the Education & Enterprise Network which drives the commercial arm of our organisation to provide the incredible services nationwide. The Business Analyst, Data role will work with the business to understand their change needs and assess the impact of those business changes on process, people and systems. Capture, analyse and document data and business functional requirements; identify opportunities and make recommendations for process re-engineering; and support relevant communication with stakeholders. Understand the business requirements to establish data workflows for new reporting dashboards

Working a 35-hour week with options to work from any manned SJA Office, from our office in London or hybrid options. About You:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and able to demonstrable experience of performing successful business analysis across multiple major projects and in setting up and improving reporting dashboards.
Experience of interpreting strategy and applying this when considering change within a business environment.
Excellent negotiation skills and an ability to manage relationships and adopt an assertive approach where necessary.
Ability to translate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience and gain the right level of buy-in and support.
Evidence of proposing both data process and system improvements to business areas, including capturing, analysing and documenting data flows.

About the Role:

Support EdEn (Education & Enterprise Network) senior management in providing insightful findings about our sales performance and anticipating any risks or changes on trends.
Gain and maintain an active understanding of the business and technology strategy and direction, using knowledge of business systems and processes to align proposals for change with the technology strategy and roadmap, and contribute to its evolution.
Line manage a Business Information & Scheduling Analyst to provide resilience amongst the team and improve the organisation's understanding of occupancy levels and optimal venue utilisation.
Develop and improve the pricing modelling tool which provides profitability understanding of WPT courses.
Maintain excellent relationships with business sponsors, acting as an initial point of contact for those considering a change of business process or services.
