Peabody are looking for a Compliance Officer - Data Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. In return for a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.

This role is currently based from home due to COVID 19 until further notice. Peabody plans to move to a hybrid model of working which means that once our office refurbishment has been completed, the role will be part office (Waterloo) and part home based.

About the Compliance Officer - Data Analyst role:

You will provide excellent front line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers' needs are met and the departmental/team objectives are achieved to facilitate 100% compliance on all electrical & mechanical services, with a focus on data management, documents management and reports compiling.

Responsibilities as our Compliance Officer - Data Analyst will include:

Updating and maintaining databases (including semi-automated workflow) to ensure that information kept is up to date and accurate and managed as per the business rules

Developing and issue the compliance programmes and ensure service delivery and contractors are kept informed of any changes

Carrying out data reconciliation using multiple data sources

Monitoring and reporting on compliance to the Senior Management daily and provide an update on any problems encountered

Working closely with Compliance Manager and Data Teams in order to resolve data issues, review and improve processes

Providing a forward-looking view so that problems are addressed in a timely fashion to avoid properties falling into non-compliance

Promoting and adhering to mechanical and electrical safety policies and procedures

Management of team's inbox

What we're looking for in our Compliance Officer - Data Analyst:

Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement

Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills

Proven attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure and meet reasonable deadlines and targets

To ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organisation

Data analysis

Understanding of Microsoft 365's PowerPlatforms (Power BI)

Advanced Microsoft Excel
