Kensington And Chelsea, London, United Kingdom, £36,618 - £44,598 , Permanent

Description:

About Us:

Using data to make a difference to our residents

In Kensington and Chelsea, we put local people and local businesses at the heart of decision-making, working in partnership with them to provide quality services that are responsive, effective and efficient.

Kensington and Chelsea understands the opportunity as well as the necessity for positive innovation and change.

In particular, we are reviewing our property portfolio and management to ensure it delivers social value and aligns with our ambitions on equality, diversity and inclusion.

Understanding the needs of our residents and the organisation that supports them is critical.

The Role:

  • You'll use your data analysis skills to help us deliver excellent services for residents and support housing initiatives for change.
  • Your focus will be on coordinating and constructing CRM-related reports and providing insights, analysis and recommendations based on CRM data.
  • One of your key challenges will be using data to tell stories to senior leaders that allow them to target resources effectively.

Please refer to the Job Description for more information

About You:

Experience of configuring and customising Dynamics CRM is essential, as are SQL development skills.

You'll have a facility for working with data and meticulous attention to detail, but will also be able to see the bigger picture and provide meaningful commentary to non-technical audiences.

While some understanding of housing would be helpful, a local authority background is not essential, providing you are curious, quick to learn and ready to work at pace.

In return, you can look forward to a package that includes a competitive salary, a high-quality pension scheme and generous annual leave plus bank holidays.

Closing date: 26 October 2021.

Interview date: week commencing 8h November 2021.
