About the role:

To manage delivery of key customer retention programmes. Deliver service retention and customer satisfaction through the day to day management of key suppliers and partners. Manage key suppliers and partners to ensure their programmes and systems are operating correctly delivering improved performance, sales and efficiencies. Ensure key supplier and partner programmes and systems meet current requirements and are developed for future needs and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

An expert in the systems and data flows related to key suppliers and partners programmes
Ensure programmes and processes are accurately documented and processed mapped
Liaise and work with marketing team to promote programmes to maximise usage and performance
Resolve programme concerns/issued raised in a quick and proficient manner
Provide daily/weekly/monthly activity reports to a high standard
Develop reporting of related programmes to ensure it meets the future needs of the business whilst providing analysis and forecasting
Liaise with staff and Senior Management Team as required regarding programme performance and development
Make recommendations for improvement of programmes and performance, including the provision of action plans
Present programme performance on monthly basis to After Sales Senior Management team
Work with After Sales Field Management team to drive the business/brand forward through dealer network activity
Support the achievement of After Sales commercial, retention and satisfaction objectives

Person Specification:

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Previous experience in a commercial and/or marketing capacity
Systems and platforms, such as Excel, Access, SAP
Account management experience
Highly numerate and PC literate. MS Office advanced (PPT/Excel). Access and Tableau an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-starter, motivated, driven and with a desire to learn.
Competent Project and Stakeholder Management skills.
Ability to interpret and present complex data.
Strong presentation skills
