We are looking for a Customer Ledger Data Analyst to join us on a permanent basis based in our office in Cheadle.

Working with the Risk and Incident Manager to deliver robust and automated reporting which supports business objectives. Develop and maintain excel based reports and calculators that meet the needs of the business. Complete finance amendment tasks, ensuring to maintain accurate records. Committed to delivering high-quality customer service, meeting SLAs, and working within defined policies and procedures.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain existing Excel based reports & financial models.
  • Automation of manual calculations into automated Excel models.
  • Analysis of customer accounts and interest based calculations.
  • Support internal customers with ad-hoc queries and calculations.
  • Review and process the daily BAU requests.
  • Create and run exception reports as part of the Customer Ledger Team Control Framework.
  • Provide assistance with the testing and reporting of customer account management tools/features.
  • Periodically test and maintain existing and new financial calculators/models.



  • BI and database experience.
  • Strong mathematical competency.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team orientated
  • Good communication skills


  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and VBA skills.
  • Financial industry background
