We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract, initially for 12 months.

The Role

As a Data Analyst, you will focus on capturing data and turning it into actionable insights, enabling us to continue innovating brilliant products for our customers and the world.

In this varied role, you will turn complex data into clear and easy to understand results, sharing your findings with stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation.

These finding will support product innovation and improve the way our customers perceive our work and services, raising our profile and reputation.

This role will also see you working with teams across our business including sales, marketing and account management. You'll share insights and trends, summarising the data to help them create press releases and customer engagement initiatives.

About You

To join us as a Data Analyst, you'll need:

- Experience in data analysis, modelling and interpretation in a business analysis or data analytics role
- To be mathematically minded
- Experience in computing languages such as SQL and Excel
- The ability to clearly and concisely communicate feasibility, timelines, caveats, assumptions, quality elements, results and meanings of data analysis
- To be confident communicating with people of all levels, both verbally and through written reports

Experience in programming or statistical languages such as Python and R would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of embedding data into written reports, business cases or other documentation.

Experience or exposure to clinical and medical concepts and language would be advantageous, as would knowledge of IT within the healthcare sector.
