To complete the day-to-day runnings and tasks of a credit controller e.g. managing cash flow, reporting on sales ledger, and developing an understanding of the business as a whole.

Description

• Operate the companies credit control procedures
• Process electronic payments
• Maintain and improve effective communication
• Produce management reports
• Assist in month end closure,
• Post journal adjustments and assist in accounts reconciliation
• Produce the monthly statements
• Customer and branch visits
• Partake in any procedural escalation processes
• To prepare accounts for review by management
• To prepare invoice, credit notes and journal adjustments
• Allocation of cash on a daily / monthly basis
