Data Analyst Apprenticeship (Data Platform Specialist)
Winnersh, Wokingham (a mixture of office and home working)
The Company
GK Apprenticeships are recruiting on behalf of Coeo, a trusted analytics and data management expert, delivering technology strategy and support for businesses who need to get the most from their data. The team use their technical and commercial experience of Microsoft data services to help clients optimise their costs and maximise the benefits from their investments in these technologies.
Coeo has been established for over 14 years and has exclusively focused on Microsoft technologies. Their mission is to "help our clients predict their future" through the better use of data, technology, people and processes. To do this, their business has always focused on:

- Analytics Consultancy
- Adoption and Change Management
Coeo's preference for any client engagement is always collaborative in nature. This helps ensure they pass on their knowledge to upskill and develop their clients' internal resources while their ongoing Dedicated Support Team can provide a fully managed service for on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud solutions. This includes 24x7 proactive event monitoring and issue resolution, performance tuning and cost optimisation services which are all provided from Coeo's UK-based response centre.
Record-breaking growth during 2020 is enabling Coeo to expand the Dedicated Support Team with an additional 5 Data Platform Specialists to start with a Data Analyst Apprenticeship, working in the finance, retail and tech sectors.
Your Role

You could start your day looking into why a database transaction log grew the previous night, which led to a disk space issue, and could end your day looking into a T-SQL script that a customer has reported to be running slower than normal and any other issue you can imagine.
Because the company supports a wide range of SQL environments, the issues you encounter can be so diverse that you'll never tire and your skills will improve faster than in any other role.
