As a Data Analyst - Avature you will be responsible for producing reports and actioning all data requests as my client merges with another department. The current reporting system is very time consuming and the requests are ad hoc, so we would like to improve efficiency and drive down the response rate. This role will focus on the creation of reports centred around recruitment, staff headcount and forecasted changes.

My client - a London based public sector and government department is looking for a Data Analyst - Avature to engage in the following:

  • Own and manage data reporting, capture and validation across department (1500 heads)
  • Produce a suite of reports on recruitment, staff headcount and forecasted changes
  • Responsible for producing reports that will be shared with management and other senior stakeholders
  • Manage and update all data on Avature ensuring that data is 100% accurate
  • Maintain headcount trackers for all C-Suite staff
  • Use Excel to run data analysis and display results using Avature
  • Work autonomously


To be considered for the Data Analyst - Avature position at my London based public sector and government's site, the candidate must present evidence of the following:

  • Previous experience of working in a rapidly changing environment in a reporting capacity within HR or IT
  • Ability to produce a set of effective reports and with relevant commentary
  • Previous experience of working with multiple data complex sets from a range of sources
  • Managing stakeholders at varying levels
  • Working accurately at pace and ability to simplify data
  • Working in a standalone capacity and ability to be the subject matter expert

Job Offer

Receive a Day Rate of £300-350 INSIDE IR35.

3 month minimum contract with the intention to extend.

Work remotely.
