A leading London Market insurer has a fantastic oportunity for a Business Process Analyst to join a growing and dynamic Operations team to support the Business Process Manager and Chief Operations Officer.

You will be working on a number of different strategic initiatives and projects related to the implementation of information systems, and enhancing data management through business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyse and document detailed business and system solution requirements

* Lead elicitation sessions and apply various techniques to get a more in-depth understanding of the problems in order to prepare requirements

* Provide assistance in tasks required to ensure relationship between scope (such as the detailed requirements) and testing through to implementation

* Consult business teams on innovative solution design, process digitization, data capture and user experience improvements

* To participate in process mapping activities that includes meetings, process mapping and analysis.

* Can build data models that caters business intelligence needs, and deliver interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI

Key Skills / Experience

* Analysis and documentation: experience in scoping business processes, working on cases and scenarios.

* Awareness and understanding of data requirements, business rules, user interfaces, non-functional requirements, and user stories, etc.

* Elicitation techniques: experience in conducting workshops with stakeholders, being able to observe behaviours in cases and scenarios, analyse and produce project scope documentation, demonstrate confidence to interview relevant stakeholders as part of the review process, producing mock-up documentation and strategies to story board next steps

* Exposure to London and Company Markets insurance industries would be an advantage to be able to relate to internal processes and workflows in the industry

* Confident in conducting structured business interviews and workshops.

* Strong creativity and design skills for producing wireframes using selected tools

* Keen eye for detail, ability to scrutinise, think critically, and ask the right questions

* Process analysis, data mapping and design, data analytical and modelling skills using Excel

* MS Office -Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio & Project

* Data modelling, transformation and visualization skills using Power BI


* Degree educated in Maths, Economics, Accounting, Business, or relevant work experience
