Description:

Reporting in to Reward and Benefits Director the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

* Implementing dashboards to provide the business with meaningful insight of our people performance (costs, turnover, recruitment etc)

* Developing creative and impactful analyses to help drive People decisions and strategies.

* Providing predictive analytics to help anticipate and fix business challenges and issues

* Assisting with development of business cases and solve challenges by ensuring consistency in quality and depth of analysis for each proposal/project.

* Creating easy to use tools that enable the People team to work more efficiently and effectively.

* Preparation of monthly / strategic reports, as required.

* Supporting budget management for Reward cycles, liaising with finance to ensure costs are monitored and controlled.

* Identifying and implementing system and data improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

Essential

* Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, graphs and storyboarding to effectively communicate strategies to senior leadership

* Energized by creative and insightful analyses

* Strong capabilities in financial modelling

* Relevant work experience, preferably in a global environment

* Have a consultative approach to problem solving

* Passionate to make an impact

* Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
