Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in central Stroud, in their search for a Data Analyst to support their growing Credit Management Team.
The role will provide an interesting mix of tasks from producing & improving department MI, analysis of performance, compliance & process improvements/changes. If you're flexible, like getting into the detail, analytics & being involved in process reviews, then this is the role for you.
Main duties
- Produce regular department management information, including performance and productivity reporting
- Regulatory reporting
- Be involved in department & wider business projects
- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes & ensuring the department is operating compliantly
- Providing adhoc data so business decisions can be made
- Assist with the analysis of the debt recovery strategies
- Analysis of Debt Collection agency performance and sharing of this data
- Review processes & customer communications to ensure collections and customer engagement is optimised
- Work with other Customer Service departments to help develop strategy to form part of credit policy and vulnerability policy
- Develop and implement mechanisms that monitor and review adherence to policy and process
- Assisting the Credit Management Leadership team with any ad-hoc queries that may arise
Skills and attributes required:
- Ideally a graduate with a high level of attention to details
- High level of computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Methodical & organised, managing own work
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30-17.00 Friday 8.30-16.00
