Are you an experienced Data Analyst with experience in Property or Housing? Could you help inform company strategy through the analysis and interpretation of data?
If so, Moxie people are currently working with a South Wales-based Housing Association that is on the lookout for an experienced Data Analyst on a part-time basis.
What's the role?
As the Data Analyst, you will oversee the accurate collection, recording, and reporting of the asset data to support investment and maintenance decisions and help map out the 3-5 year planned and improvement programmes of work.
The role would see you working two to three days per week, helping to streamline and improve the way in which Housing and Property data is collected and recorded, while also analysing the data to inform future projects and initiatives.
Your day to day will also include:
* Analyse and interpret asset information to prepare periodic reports to identify missing stock condition data
* Manage and maintain the primary asset management data systems for the Association
* Ensure processes are in place to maintain asset data and report/ analyse effectively
* support the delivery of their key strategies- Ensure the availability and accuracy of asset data
* Develop the asset data, investment and, reporting functionality through the implementation of new technology or upgrading of existing systems
About you:
As the role requires someone to hit the ground running, previous experience with the following is essential:
* Demonstrable experience of manipulating large volumes of data
* Ability to interrogate data, understand and map workflows to analyse, manipulate and interpret data using clear, informative and, concise reports
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (internal and external) demonstrating understanding and support whilst handling/resolving difficult situations or conflict
* Sound experience of interrogating databases, running scenario reports, creating controls and processes in a variety of packages such as, Microsoft Excel/ bespoke systems
Although the position is initially being offered on a temporary and part-time basis, there is a strong potential for extensions or a full-time role for those that would be interested.
