Data Analyst / Insights Coordinator
Location: Moulsecoomb, Brighton, East Sussex - covering all University of Brighton sites
Salary: £22,779 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent BSU are happy to consider hybrid of home & office working for the right applicant.
Hours: 37 hours per week

Data Analyst - The Role:
The role will be responsible for collecting, analysing and presenting data to inform campaign and lobbying work. In addition to this it will support the broader function of the Engagement team activities.
Experience and Knowledge:
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate their knowledge and experience of:
* Conducting, planning and delivering research projects
* Developing and running new data and insights systems and processes
* A deep understanding of research methods and statistical analysis
* Report writing and data visualization
* An understanding of the needs and expectations of students
The ability to present insight analysis to a variety of audiences is also important.
Data Analyst - The Candidate:
Applicants will need to have excellent IT skills, good administrative/recording skills and the ability to converse with a diverse audience through different media channels.
