TSO seeks a Data Analyst to join their team!

Role Purpose:

We are looking to create a holistic view of our customer base and a segmented view of each of our client\'s customer markets. We need someone to create a data insight programme and review our current data repository with a view to improving data storage, tagging, segmenting and categorising.

We want someone who can understand areas of growth and decline over the past three years, presenting actionable insight in the form of opportunities to sales, marketing and account management teams.

The Job:

As the Data Analyst you will be developing data insight programme within the business, establishing data warehouse and improving the quality of our data through regular data reviews and re-categorisation.

You will be responsible for amalgamating data sets from multiple sources to create holistic view of our customer market, rationalising and streamlining client reports and establishing client dashboards.

With market-sizing you will be expected to identify areas of growth, commercial opportunities and take control of annual data reviews as well as providing actionable insights to help guide the sales, marketing and business development strategies.

The Experience:

To be offered this opportunity you must have knowledge of data warehousing, have proven ability to spot trends through analysing different data sets and experience in written reports and presentations.

We also require that you have a background of running data segmentation, improving data and at least 1 years\' experience of advanced used of Microsoft Excel and database querying and reporting using SQL.

Additionally, you must be educated to a degree level with at least A level mathematics or statistics and ideally degree qualified in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or Statistics but this is not essential.

We ask that the individual is proactive, positive, enthusiastic, strategic and organised. We need you to have attention to detail, be commercially driven, innovative and creative, self-motivated whilst having the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

You must be able to work under pressure, be a confident presenter and communicator with the ability to work well in a team and independently and liaise confidently with all stakeholders including the clients in person or over the phone.

The Package:

In return the Data Analyst will receive a salary of £30,000 and benefits which includes Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance/Life Assurance, Company Pension, Corporate Eye Care, Personal Accident and Company Sick Pay.
