Our successful national client is seeking a detail oriented professional to join their team working as a Data Analyst based entirely from home or on a flexible WFH and office basis.

Working proactively with internal stakeholders, this role will support business strategy, key responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and analysing data to create insightful reporting relating to Stock, Operations and Finance using BI and CRM tools and relaying findings to management.

Key duties: •

1. Working with raw data from multi sources, taking responsibility for the compilation of data and executing meaningful and accurate working documents for product commercial and operational management.

2. Utilising QlikView (or similar), Salesforce (or other CRM) and SQL Server to maintain current reporting.

3. Working with a new suite of reports to assist in influencing process review and to present insights to internal stakeholders.

4. Producing weekly operational reporting and monthly management information including identifying trends and key insights.

5. Create summarised reports from large data sets from a variety of sources and presenting to a diverse audience.

6. Participates in special projects as this role evolves and always striving for excellence.

The ideal candidate:

2+ years' experience working within a data related role

Confident presentation skills to a diverse audience

Working knowledge of QlikView or other business intelligence systems

Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting

Experience of working with SQL Server

Demonstrable experience of data validation and data interpretation

Advanced analysis and statistical analysis knowledge

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office software including Access

Intermediate knowledge and application of VBA

Be able to demonstrate ability to be self-propelling and able to manage their own workload effectively
