About the role
Your role as Analyst will be to provide client managers with specialist information and advice related to a specific area of the business, either through regular operations or in a project environment. You will collect, organise, analyse and disseminate data, reporting back insights in a compelling and succinct way to the business.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide relevant and effective operational data analysis and interpretation
Provide expert advice to help influence and inform colleagues / managers on operational decisions.
Daily reporting and analysis, interpreting data into insight
Building & Maintaining Power BI dashboards
Conduct modelling and interpretation of the company operational data and provide insight into the operational and process owner teams or project managers
Produces consolidated reports across the Business
Prepare insight from analysis of complex data to identify skills gaps or broken processes & procedures making recommendations for possible
ImprovementsSupporting operational managers and departments with effective data capture for both regular and ad-hoc reporting To be successful you will have the following skills & experience:

Power BI & SQL experience
Data, Analytical and Insight experience
Ability to deal with key stakeholders within the business
Previous commercial experience, or equivalent
Strong numerical and analytical skills What's in it for you?
