They team with partners to co-design health solutions around our innovative medicines for complex diseases, which improve standards of care. Key responsibilities
Work closely with BA Capability lead and with BA Data Scientist with Analytics leaders and business partners to deliver data and analysis to drive business decision making Build Data Models and export views to enable Data Visualization Business end-user support, training, training materials and change management in relation to understanding and intercepting key principals of our most important datasets and analytics platforms (Qlik Sense / Qlik NPrinting) Owning the delivery of statistical and forecast modelling Responding to business requests for ad-hoc analysis and higher analytics, own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing analysis in order to drive intelligent, well informed business decisions Model & Analyze Patient Chart Audit Data, Message Recall/ Reception, Attitudinal Segmentation, HCP Segmentation, RWD. Create Data Catalog and validate quality of data ingested into the Data Lake, and advise on Data Access, Security, and Data Lifecycle management. Analyze the manual and automated data flows, work with Data Infrastructure to engineer automatic data synchronization, participate in designing a KPI framework with brand experts, and analyze data on data lake. Model & analyze in field team activity data and channel data, help build audience segmentation and target audiences for multi-channel campaign Model & Analyze various Pharmaceutical industry data sources.Qualifications
3+ years relevant experience of data analysis 3+ years experience of Qlik NPrinting (v17+) front end design (PPT and XLS) 3+ years experience of Qlik Sense front end design advantageous Experience of programming languages (eg R, Python) BS or equivalent degree with academic courses in quantitative methods, economics or finance. Masters or PhD a plus. Strong Python , SQL and Data Modeling skills. SQL and Python coding experience, building linear dimensional, regression-based and logistic modelsCompetencies
Expert analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to independently frame business questions, identify data sources, formulate a methodology and manage project timelines and deliverables Ability to integrate large volumes of data from multiple data sources, conduct deep data dives and statistical analysis systematically including comprehensive data profiling. Ability to Synthesize and triangulate results to create a compelling fact-based business story Experience creating patient types, HCP segments, unsupervised clustering and data association map and graphs. Experience working with large datasets in Big Data Cloud computing environment including Cloudera Hadoop technologies (Cloudera Certification, or AWS certification a plus) Attention to detail Ability to move easily between strategic to operational and tactical thinking across different stakeholder groups Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams and with senior management Understanding of insights, innovation processes desirable Ability to influence, partner, challenge thinking and gain credibility with internal stakeholders Customer and market place focused and driven by the importance of business results Ability to build strong cross functional, collaborative working relationships Ability to influence senior stakeholders and where no direct line responsibility exists Team player who is skilled at influencing others and facilitating discussions Structured approach to problem solving in complex and ambiguous situations Ability to manage multiple projects within a complex and changing environment Proven track record of project management, gained through implementing major projects and initiatives which have impacted across a wide range of commercial functions Ability to prepare and deliver complex data and analysis, and portraying data stories to a non-technical, but highly business focussed audience, including but not limited to senior stakeholders and key decision makers
