We are now looking for an MI Analyst to join our finance team and work closely with our tech, marketing and account management teams. Reporting into our Head of Finance the MI Analyst will be primarily responsible for how our business uses, tracks and manipulates data to drive key business decisions and outcomes. You will have a close relationship with business Heads of and your data will utilised, discussed and analysed in monthly board meetings. We are looking for a Management Information Analyst who is proficient and highly skilled with Salesforce CRM and also familiar with Microsoft Power BI. Our MI Analyst will be pivotal in ensuring that 360 becomes a data led business to best support our aggressive growth plans.

MI Analyst - Responsibilities

- Leading and mentoring of a Salesforce Administrator.

- Analysing, mapping, managing, and visualizing large sets of data Solve business problems, determining patterns and insights within structured and unstructured data, coming up with analytics strategies and solutions.

- Ensuring that data is integrated across the business to include SaaS, Sage, Salesforce and Talos data management.

- Presenting to board to help shape and drive key business decisions.

- Filter and "clean" data to ensure data is consistent, aggregated and usable

- Feeding back to data to Heads of department and dealing with any data requests

- Support the business development teams with key information around product demos, conversions and sales data

- To analyse spend activity across accounts and to pick up on trends or drop offs

- Work with third party suppliers and own any data queries

MI Analyst - Required Skills

- Ideally you will have a masters, 1st or 2:1 in a numerically orientated, analytical degree

- Significant in-house experience working within a non-hierarchical business

- An interest in tech led solutions with drive and ambition to facilitate growth

- Solid experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Teams and Azure is desired

- Proven and extensive Salesforce CRM systems experience

- Experience within a SaaS led buisiness is desired although not essentil

- Experience in driving and introducing key data practices and getting stakeholder buy in

- Proven track record of manipulating key data and trends to improve key business metrics.
