The role

You will be a key member of the Alternative Pricing team. Supporting the development and delivery of the data that drives our trading strategy, helping to identify opportunities through key MI and insights.

We're flexible on location, based either at home or in our Bexhill or London Cannon Street offices.

How you will make a difference:

  • Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reporting to all stakeholders and team members. Regularly improve the analysis and MI to ensure appropriate new insight is achieved.
  • Identify new sources of data, both internal and external, structured and unstructured, that could improve risk.
  • Support the traders in delivering and managing new trades.

What we are looking for:

You will have a keen interest in data analytics, with proven experience working with tools such as SQL, Python, R in a commercial environment. You will need to be comfortable communicating complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

It's desirable that you have general insurance experience, particularly car or home, however this is not essential and whatever you don't know, you will get the opportunity to learn.
