Data Analyst

Mentmore is currently recruiting for a Data Analyst for our client, a leading organisation who undertaking a large-scale digital transformation programme. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Data Analyst with extensive experience with BI & Analytics, relational databases, SQL and Google Analytics experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver Business Intelligence and support the outputs for all teams within the central data office.
• Perform business analysis to gather user requirements and ensure data items are aligned to key business definitions and metrics
• Work with Google Analytics
• A relational database, SQL and reporting application, using reporting applications software such as Tableau.
• Work with the Data and IT teams were needed to ensure data is defined, structured and accessible in a way that supports BI development
• Support to improve the quality and accuracy of BI solutions, monitor overall progress and help resolve issues.
• Work closely with global business teams in the achievement of business objectives (increase revenue from online subscriptions and delegate sales for events).
• Planning & working with global business and technical teams, including 3rd party suppliers

Required skills:

• 3+ years of data industry experience within financial services and commercially focused organisations.
• Ability to deliver tailored insight and analysis within fast-moving environments
• Excellent experience of a relational database, SQL and reporting application experience using reporting applications software, particularly Tableau.
• Extensive working knowledge of Google Analytics
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Solid working experiences with digital analytics
• Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) based degree.
