Aon are currently recruiting a Workforce Management Data Analyst to join our team in Sheffield. The Workforce Management Data Analyst will be primarily responsible for maintaining and developing solutions that help operational teams to actively manage their workforce, through the analysis and presentation of data. The role will include the maintenance of accurate forecasts and schedules for our dedicated Service Centre, with the objective of ensuring any telephony routing issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently

About the Role

As a Workforce Management Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include;

Completion of project deliverables which will include, but are not limited to, the build, testing and maintenance of tools.

Working from internally supplied specifications and project plans

Creating Service Centre Forecasts, Staff Schedules and Reporting

Amending Telephony Routing, call flow to meet business needs

Implementing systematic and process solutions that best meets business needs

Applying Aon\'s standard processes and procedures

Attending project meetings and provides progress updates against plan tasks/timescales

Working with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure support is given in a structured and timely manner...
