Role Purpose

Key Accountabilities

Using MS Office and other commercial software applications to capture, build, maintain and develop data sets in support of line management decision making.

Acting as an IT mentor and advocate to the wider organization sharing your skills and knowledge.

Assisting in the development and testing of business hypotheses, being creative, testing boundaries.

Creating and communicating compelling stories using data, that assist and enhance the quality of the management decision making process.

Being a team player - contributing to the company culture during growth and structural change.

Working actively across all functions of the business to support, develop and coach all levels of the business in data led decision making.

Person Specification

* Commercially focussed problem solver.

* Flexible self-starter- comfortable working on own initiative.

* Strong IT generalist- willing to adapt and improvise.

* Strong Excel skills - pivot tables, lookups, data set connection and manipulation.

* Fast learner - enjoys engaging with commercial software - e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify etc.

* Curiosity for all things digital and data.

* Eye for detail and methodical approach.

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

* Evidence of engaging with people to build strong working relationships at all levels.

* Enthusiasm for developing ideas and influencing thoughts.

* A record of delivering projects in an efficient and effective manner.

The ideal candidate may have a good University degree, but this is not an essential requirement
