Data Analyst

Ecosurety are looking for two accurate, logical, and personable client data analysts, with strong organisation and communication skills, to deliver a high level of service to our clients.

The purpose of the role is to deliver data management services, via our account managers and direct with our clients. Working for our Technical Team, the role involves collecting and analysing data on packaging, electrical or batteries waste. A variety of IT platforms will be used including Excel, Power BI and our internal CRM (Workbooks). The role also involves supporting the development of data collection and data handling methodologies.

The successful candidate requires strong team working and problem-solving skills, to collaborate with our account managers and understand, then deliver, our client's needs.

Data Analyst Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems and other strategies to optimise data quality and process efficiency
• Working with clients to perform data collection, cleansing and analysis for regulatory submissions and other data services
• Support business development teams with client data project scoping
• Coordinate internal stakeholders on the delivery of data management work
• Create and manage dashboards and reports relevant to data projects (Power BI experience desirable)
• Ensure client weight databases are up to date and accurate
• Ensure regular contact with clients, including onsite meetings around the UK as required
• Engage with third party providers to enhance the delivery of data services to our clients
• Provide technical guidance and carry out desktop monitoring to assess members' compliance status with appropriate regulations

Data Analyst Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a data role
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, performing data analysis and automation using formulas, VBA, etc.
• Experience working with data visualisation within Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with a range of commercially available data analysis software
• Experience working with and developing data capture systems
• Effective communication skills; collaborative and able to challenge when needed
• Excellent analytical, organisation, IT and administrative skills
• High level of compliance and attention to detail
• Ability to work in ad-hoc teams as well as on own
• Proactive and fast learner, able to take on new (often technical) information quickly

Hours: Full Time, 8hrs per day
Salary: £30k - £33k per annum
