Job Description

The purpose of this role will be to obtain chemical substance compliance data from our suppliers for all parts and materials that we use on our vehicles. You will then be evaluating this data to ensure it meets the current regulations.

Main responsibilities:
*Managing the collection of compliance data from Honda suppliers throughout the EU and ensuring data collection deadlines are met

*Technical verification of the data submissions to prove compliance to the current regulations

*Reviewing and analyzing data and some gap analysis

*Creating recovery plans if there are any non-conformities

*Liaising and building relationships with suppliers, lots of contact by phone, email and sometimes meeting them face to face
To be considered for the position you must have:

*Previous Data Analysis experience
*Ability to analyse, identify trends and highlight concerns
*High level of attention to detail and accuracy skills
*Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise and manage suppliers
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
*Proactive and responsive to change
*Strong self-management skills
*Knowledge of IMDS (International Material Data System) beneficial
*Understanding of bill of materials and parts structures desirable
*Previous Supplier management experience is desirable
