Requirements:
You will have a strong interest in data, technology, and the application of such in achieving
commercially desirable outcomes.
Have worked with sophisticated and leading industry recognized data management,
reporting and analysis tools.
A keen eye for detail and are passionate about working with colleagues to maximize the
contribution of data to business success.
Keen to be part of a rapidly growing and fluid business.
You are comfortable working in a small company which encourages close collaboration
between colleagues.
A problem solver able to dissect business problems and find pragmatic ways to deliver
solutions.
A strong communicator.
Motivated self-starter with good time management skills.
Results orientated.
You MUST have extensive python programming experience.
You have good/strong SQL skills and some experience of software development and
programming environments.
Experience of data visualization tools is desirable but not essential.
Experience of statistical modelling and data mining is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
Work with colleagues on data management, analyses, and report production in support of
regular business processes.
Collaborate with colleagues and external consultants as required to analyses, acquire,
enhance, and manage data and process flow throughout the business in a dynamic and
efficient way.
Actively participate in the implementation, testing and maintenance of new data/systems
processes and provide appropriate assistance to business stakeholders as required in

respect of these.
Contribute as required to the development and/or implementation of state-of-the-art data
science techniques, models, and applications
