Scope of Service: Management of Sales Orders passed into Manufacturing Process

Responsible for defining the sequence of Sales Orders into the manufacturing process to maximise the Sales requirements and meet manufacturing and supplier capacity constraints and restrictions for each Model Line. Make operational decisions to ensure the sequence maximises monthly wholesale opportunities and delivers cars to market to achieve year end retail plans and market entry requirements
Pass the orders to Production in the system in line with weekly schedule liaising with Logistics to manage timing and actions each week
Manage any requests for priority build, making any decisions to accommodate changed priorities and ensure Sales Advisors and Regional teams are kept informed of outcome to request
Manage and control visibility of CP8 timing information in the system
Deliver monthly and ad-hoc reporting related to the scheduling processOptions Forecasting

Generate and update monthly feature forecasts
Carry out analysis of historical data trends for feature uptakes and apply these to the planning horizon, making recommendations on future uptakes
Escalate potential issues where the forecast does not align with the known capacity restrictions
Generate summary reports of the main forecast informationOptions Forecasting

Expert Excel
Use of Tableau advantageous
Use of SAP advantageous
Demonstrable experience in data processing / analysis roles
