We are currently recruiting a people centric and results driven Marketing Analyst/Customer Data Manager to drive sales & margin for the Brakes business by ensuring we have a full and accurate market map of prospects and customer data, whilst providing insight & recommendations for target growth sectors to meet defined KPI's.

The role:
Our Marketing colleagues are a central hub of knowledge, and as a Marketing Analyst/Customer Data Manager, you'll ensure that your team are on hand to support the business in every way possible. You'll be instrumental in rolling out and embedding tactical plans in line with our ambitious growth strategy and you'll bring functional expertise to ensure that we deliver, whilst keeping an eye on costs and creating an inclusive team working environment.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Management of external data provider, ensuring delivery is accurate, on time and to budget
Liaising with key stakeholders from across the business to ensure we always have accurate and actionable prospect data
Cleansing and mapping third party data
Providing weekly & monthly insight & analysis on performance of the prospect activity, making recommendations to improve performance
Ensuring prospect activities hit our monthly budgets, suggesting remedial action if we're off target
Key stakeholder in the alignment of all customer data ensuring adoption of business systems ((url removed))
Liaising with key stakeholders from across the business to develop and activate prospecting campaigns through D2C and sales channels
Adhere to security management policies and GDPR regulations

Required skills and competencies:

Customer focussed - able to keep the customer at the heart of the decision making process
Ability to monitor & manage a customer data set
Very strong commercial awareness & commercial acumen
High attention to detail ensuring accuracy
Ability to understand cause & effect
Ability to understand, interrogate & make recommendations using data
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Resilient, personable with strong communication skills
A drive to achieve & exceed monetary targets & KPIs
History of working with large amounts of data
Strong excel skills Broad system knowledge - ideally SAP, MIS, Salesforce, Tableau
