Description:

Working closely with a Global Technology Services team, the overview of this role will be carrying out data analysis and integration, along with support of service delivery systems.

The key tasks you will be responsible for will be:

Importing and exporting data in systems along with data manipulation and analysis
Carry out first-line support tasks on software
Contribute to knowledge documentation and sharing in the Support team with resolution of calls
Analyse, identify and solve potential issues with software as part of the support process
Carry out software and file integration testing
Check for any issues with the operation of new applications with existing system software and applications

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with an analytical mind and have an interest in data analytics. Some exposure to data manipulation on Microsoft Excel is important along with hands on knowledge of databases including MS Access, SQL and/or Oracle
