SES Water are recruiting for a Data Analyst to join our team, utilising multiple data sources to deliver the performance management environment for Supply, Metering and Business Markets, using a Data Warehouse and Power BI Platform. You will also offer technical and administrative support for systems management.

You will be responsible for Data Management, Analytics and System Management to include:

- The design, build and delivery of reporting outputs, providing the granularity required for colleagues up to and including Director Level
- Building specific datasets that will support business decisions
- Maintain the plan for the delivery of directorate dashboards
- Train users in Power BI usage
- Provide detailed analytics to address specific business queries
- Systems management to include user management, first line support and training
- Key contact for third party suppliers such as software suppliers

About You

Educated to minimum A Level or equivalent, you will be competent in data warehousing and Power BI with experience in challenging analytical role. You will have experience of:

- Producing and testing dashboards
- Interpretation of logical data structures in support of providing valid queries
- Gathering user requirements and testing of report outputs
- Interpretation of data entity relationship models
- Data warehouse design
- Able to build effective working relationships with peers
- You are approachable and confident to train users

It would be desirable if you also have knowledge of field job management systems and mobile data as well as experience of SQL Server and statistical forecasting.
