Established and rapidly expanding service organisation is looking for an experienced Data Analyst for a challenging and exciting role.

Based in Central London with Hybrid working - C. £43k + Package.

The role of the Data Analyst is to be an expert on customer and product data, analysing, modelling and transforming it to provide internal and external stakeholders with the insight and information required.

The Data Analyst will provide insight and analysis on the company customer base. You will also support the business in achieving its objectives through the production and provision of information, analysis and insight relating to customer, product and channel activity or other areas as required.

Technical skills

• Substantial experience of business to consumer relational database analysis, report building and data mining
• A good understanding of predictive modelling, segmentation and other statistical analysis
• Solid working knowledge of a business intelligence/data retrieval tool/language or a data visualisation tool (Tableau, Business Objects, SQL or similar tools for analysis and report production)
• Solid working knowledge of a data analysis tool (e.g. R, SAS Enterprise Guide or alternative)
• Experience in undertaking analysis and data mining with a tool/language such as R or SAS
