Data Analyst

We're currently recruiting for a Data Analyst as a dedicated support to our fleet team where your main responsibility will be for the management and production of meaningful reporting and MI. .

The role is home based, but you'll need to be flexible to travel when needed and attend regular meetings at our Manchester office.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and migrating fleet data to create and maintain Power BI insight which can influence fleet behaviour across the company
• Managing the processing for the set of reports to measure the commercial performance of the fleet
• Developing interrogation methods of our database to track fleet spend and performance against cost savings.
• Assisting with the preparation of fleet objectives, budgets, and financial records including a savings plan maintenance and variance analyses to budget/plan.
• Providing fleet with the monthly review of the fleet Income performance, making sure the budget is being delivered.
• Driving alignment with key stakeholders to support savings strategies, identifying and avoiding operational buy away from preferred suppliers, or alternative deals being generated.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience of operating in a similar role and delivering high quality output to tight deadlines
• Excellent report writing, presentation and financial modelling skills
• Expert knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint
