My client are one of the UK's leading charities who look to improve young people's education and development through sport. They empower young people to achieve their best and look to empower in order to change lives.

My client gives young people a real opportunity and platform to have their voice heard and have a belonging. They provide the chance to change young lives and help them with a brighter future.

So far, my client have achieved some incredible outcomes including providing over 215,000 young people the opportunity to enjoy the life-changing benefits of sport and play through dedicated sports programmes, Almost 50,000 young people training from athlete mentors, coaches and networks, empowering them to lead and inspire their fellow peers and providing over 10,000 teachers, practitioners and coaches training to lead quality sport and physical education.

• The successful candidate will need to be an expert user of Microsoft Excel and associated analysis tools, including pivot tables, PowerPivot and Visual Basic for Applications.
• Expertise in sourcing, summarising, presenting and analysing data and research in a way that is appropriate to the audience.
• Experience of developing, maintaining, and using IT systems for data analysis and storage
• Expert user/Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Proficient user of other Microsoft Office tools, including Word, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of the principles of statistical and mapping analysis software and survey design.
• Expert user of statistical and mapping analysis software.

• Methodical with an analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate about Data
• Have an interest in Sport or Physical Education
• Good written and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
