Description:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform day to day data analysis to understand drivers of data inconsistencies and data issues
Design and implement data management process and controls, which aim to remediate data inconsistencies and issues identified
Perform the daily data monitoring and checking processes while working on the strategic solution
Become the subject matter expert (SME) of the data architecture unique to the business
Work on the implementation of the strategic data solution and reporting system
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 4-5 years data analysis or business analyst experience in the Financial Services industry, with background in Asset Management or Insurance Solution Services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in data management and data analysis
Experience in using Business Intelligence / Data Visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
Excellent organizational skills, flexibility to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and capacity to work in a fast paced and high-pressure team environment
Superior verbal and written skills; high level of accountability, detail orientation and ability to collaborate and communicate clearly
Proficiency with Blackrock Aladdin
Experience with technology transformations
Experience in developing spreadsheet tools using VBA or running data analysis via Python
