Data Analyst

As a leading Communications & IT Solutions provider in the UK we are seeking a Data Analyst due to the continued growth of data and analytics capabilities within the business.

The role requires Power BI and SQL expertise to build / maintain robust and efficient data models. Successful candidate will also be exposed to creating compelling dashboards to assist the efficient flow of data within the business. You will have excellent attention to detail, data modelling and visualisation skills with the ability to identify complex problems and be a solutions provider. Experience working with TSQL is a must and Power BI Report Builder a nice to have.

Principal Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the Financial and Sales database (In MySQL) recording the key business metrics, ensuring accuracy of the database and associated reporting
• Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the datasets and databases
• Actively contribute to the creation of a company DWaaS model
• Keeping up with process and KPIs documentation
• Reporting to the wider business using Power BI dashboards
• Preparation of KPIs and business information
• Analysis of the business trends and patterns
