Parity Group is delighted to announce our partnership with a global Powerhouse client, Livingstone Group who is looking for a Data Analyst to join their growing team and be part of their missions to optimise and manage their clients IT, software, and cloud investments to minimise risk and spend

The Data Analyst will collect, analyse, and present new and existing data sources for our customers software and use the organisations LUCE platform to configure new solutions that line with the business and clients' requirements.

A bit about what you'll be doing:

• Applying basic techniques for analysis of research data and synthesis of findings and presenting findings to colleagues
• Translating accurate information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, setting clear requirements needed to carry out accurate analysis
• Understanding data governance and how it relates to other organisational governance structures
• Producing, understanding, and comparing data models
• Identifying and developing solutions for automation complex repeatable queries that normalise and cleanse data for end-user
• Recognising and identifying appropriate ways to collect, collate and prepare data and ensure data is accurate and fit for purpose

As well as previous experience as a Data Engineer or Analytic, I would be interested in speaking with you if you have experience with:

• Object-oriented software language such as Python, C#, Java, or equivalent
• Querying relational databases using SQL Server specifically as well as working familiarity with other database systems
• Working with a mixed variety of both structured and unstructured datasets, finding relationships in the data.
• Successfully manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets
• Software language skills to call APIs, extract, manipulate, and shape the data in such a way that it can be interpreted accurately, and insights revealed
