Remote initially and then based in Leatherhead once offices re-open.

Net Revenue Management (NRM) is a key business discipline that is a critical requirement for delivering on the Five Growth Fundamentals. In 2020 NRM was responsible for delivering 2/3 of the PMU growth.

Our new Data Science function will lead the path to become data intelligent. The team will deliver advanced products at scale and work closely with the global team to ensure that local decisions are augmented with insight & recommendations and to ensure we drive incremental sales and profit for the company by meeting the needs of our consumers, customers and employees.

We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join as part of this analytics team, the role of the NRM Data Analyst is to use data to solve complex business issues by leveraging analytical techniques and reporting and visualisation capabilities powered by NRM analytic playbooks to create value for the business.

Main accountabilities:
• Understand business and technical requirements to document, develop and implement NRM analytics solutions
• Using multiple data sources to drive clear insights and then simplify for stakeholder engagement and action .
• To use Insights to identify growth opportunities and to clearly communicate these to stakeholders and ensure action is taken if required.
• Understand market trends, analysing the internal and external data available driving revenue management workstreams & opportunities.
• Working with the revenue management systems to implement these strategies and manage the accuracy of the NRM Diagnostic Tools through building good relationships with Global NRM Lever Tool owners.
• Reviewing business performance and taking appropriate actions to improve revenue performance where necessary.
• Spotting and reacting to future revenue challenges (e.g. competitor, economic) before they negatively affect performance.

• Ability to rapidly connect + match business questions to analytical activities
