An experienced Data Analyst is required by an industry leading organisation on a contract basis (inside IR35) for 12 months. The Data Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a regional banking rationalisation project. The Data Analyst will work closely with a variety of finance teams to navigate complex data sets and ensure the accuracy of the master data required to transition banking activity to new bank accounts. Data Analyst Responsibilities: * Streamline transactional operations via the use of Workday * Drive progress and work with the teams to complete the critical deliverables of the project such as banking mandates, online access forms and compliance information * Validate data for the successful transfer of banking activity * Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure the successful and accurate completion of deliverables and understand local banking requirements, processes and regulations * Update business documentation with new banking details * Keep key stakeholders on track to deliver critical deliverables on time * Regularly communicate with local country stakeholders including finance, the business, clients and suppliers Candidate Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or equivalent or qualified by experience * Demonstrable 'big data' experience preferred * Experience with bank portals, coordinating account openings, treasury and KYC/compliance requirements advantageous * Strong communication and interpersonal skills - emotionally intelligent, critical thinker, problem solver * Motivated team player * Experience with Workday * Strong Excel ability This constitutes an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an assignment where they can make a mark and deliver meaningful change whilst working within a fast growth, very successful company with ambitious plans for the future.
