Job Title: Data Analyst - Maintenance Contracts Coordinator

Location: Slough (opportunity to work from home 50% of the week)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Our client is a world-leader in their field, they are looking for someone to work in their Maintenance Contracts team, supporting the team with analysis and creating reports. You will have excellent Excel skills and enjoy sorting and working with data in a way that supports processes. You will also work as a Coordinator in the team, your responsibilities will include:

Providing Data & Graphical Reports to enable the following:

* Contract Reviews

* Quarterly Business & Governance Reports

* Customer's Service Level Agreements

* Contract Expenditure

* Other data analytics in respect of the Contracts & Commercial Department

* Log details of warranties on the maintenance database

* Produce quotations in a timely manner

* Process orders on SAP and update maintenance database

* Action queries from customers and colleagues on a daily basis

* Update maintenance database where replacement equipment is provided

* Provide a monthly report on equipment due to be serviced

* Ensure all on-site visits are conducted by the designated dates

* Ensure all service visits and records are updated

* Provide reports to internal and external stakeholders

* Manage data on the designated databases

* Contract Reviews

* Quarterly Business & Governance Reports

* Customer's Service Level Agreements

* Contract Expenditure

Required Experience:

* Proficient in Microsoft office to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Access or similar database

* One or more years in a customer service environment

* SAP and/or Salesforce advantageous

* Experience in data analysis
