The Business department is looking to lever new digital tools to improve synergies across the customer's digital purchase and ownership journey and synchronise the on-line and off-line customer experience. Reporting to the Digital Retail Department manager, this role covers the data management requirements of the New Business Department and Sales Departments. The role holder will need to maintain and develop a number of Excel and Microstrategy reports, as well as contributing to the development of new reporting systems and understanding new trends as the company supports customers digitally with new features and new services.
Main Responsibilities:
The role holder is responsible for data analysis within the New Business and Sales Operations departments:
* Analysis of all data related to Digital Retail Platform focusing on High Value Behaviours and reporting on the trends, understanding the main factors affecting these trends and developing insights for senior management.
* Modelling of customer behaviour to understand closing ratio at different stages of the sales funnel: from Unique Visitors, Test Drive Requests, Brochure Requests, Customer Account Registration, Leads shared with Dealers, and orders placed.
* Data analysis of sales figures for Europe
* Develop the central European reporting function keeping and improving data reliability, accuracy of reporting, and data coherence.
* Support Sales Planning activity by providing relevant analysis for Regional Sales Managers (RSM).
* Collection and analysis of each market's short term (current month) forecast of registrations, wholesales, and COI (customer orders).
* In coordination with RSM highlight main risk/opportunity from performance analysis.
* Support New Business team to accurately collect customer data, analyse, report and provide support to senior business stakeholder strategy.
* Produce daily reports to monitor the take up of connected services.
* Produce monthly reports to monitor the Used Car Programme.
* Support team skills development and cultivate continuous processes improvement for all locations
* Support 'New Business' Team by producing reports on Customer Account, Customer Leads, Used vehicle Locator & Connected Car reporting requirements.
* Key Performance Indicators:
* Accurate and timely production of official reports to agreed distribution lists within given deadlines.
* Assisting in the introduction of 'New' reporting / analysis methods/reports and sharing with the wider management team.
Qualifications, skills and experience required/desirable:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated with strong inter-personal skills.
* Ability to communicate to all levels within the organisation.
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
* Articulate, approachable with a high level of personal integrity.
* Fluent in English language, one other relevant language skill is preferable.
* Excellent PC skills (Office package) - Advanced Excel is a MUST
