Here's the perfect job for a data whizz with experience in the Property Sector (e.g. property management, estate agency, real estate, etc.)

If you've got super Excel Skills, alongside other data manipulation and analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL, then we want to hear from you.

You'll be joining a collaborative and friendly team environment at a premier science park in the North East of England which provides office, laboratory and pilot plant accommodation. It is one of Europe's largest research and development facilities and houses a number of leading global and regional businesses in the chemical, manufacturing, material, and life science industries. Set in 75 acres of landscaped parkland with its own lake, ample parking, restaurant facilities, meeting rooms, and a gym, this really is a beautiful place to work and unwind.

The job involves maintaining data quality through regular audits, analysis of lease and property data, and producing reports for internal/external stakeholders.

Location: Redcar, North Yorkshire

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000

It's important that you've spent time working in or around the property sector, with exposure to systems such as TRAMPS, Qube, etc.

You should have spent time working in a similar role, conducting data analysis and data manipulation, perhaps data visualisation.

Confident reporting skills are critical, as you'll be extracting information and presenting it to other departments plus external clients.
