Data Analyst (Strategy) - Kilmarnock - Salary Dependent on Experience

Have you worked in an MI, Resource Planning or Real-Time function within a contact centre environment?

This role will be supporting the business within their Strategy team, translating Data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.

Daily responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Strategy processes across the contact centre operation
• Supporting projects, identifying, and quantifying business design and analysis
• Support the Modelling team to ensure execution of ideas inline with the contact centre strategies
• Continuously review contact strategies and planning capacities to ensure the collaboration between forecasts, strategies and business profitability

You will come with:

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft BI stack; SQL, SSRS, SSIS
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Contact Centre strategies or planning is desirable
• Experience of working with large data sets, manipulating, and analysing
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

This role would be suitable for either an experienced Data Analyst or could consider a recent graduate with the technical SQL skills.
